Service Description
Yoga and Melody's traditional Vinyasa yoga basic level instruction. This is great for beginners or for those who like a foundational practice. Join me for a transformative experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This beginners / basic level class will teach you yoga breathing techniques, yoga postures and how they benefit the body and mind. If practiced routinely, this class will build stronger muscles, increase flexibility, improve posture, reduce stress and increase body awareness. The vinyasa yoga sessions are an active form designed for cardio health, thus improving respiratory fitness, joint health, and stress reduction while enhancing mood. The practice helps to lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels, bringing your body to a healthier weight. TERMS: All students must book online and full payment for the series is due upon booking to hold your spot. There will be no refunds. No exceptions. NOTE: 1. Classes will be 1 hour each. 2. Video conferencing is an option for those that would like to practice yoga from their home. If you choose to practice from home, Melody will send you a fresh new link for each class (do not use the link that Wix provides upon registration).

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. No exceptions. To reschedule, we request that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of session. Cancellations received after the 24-hour window, results in an automatic forfeit of your reserved training session and fee.
