Service Description
Elevate your wellness and fitness routine with my Vinyasa Yoga and Mantra Meditation class. My vinyasa yoga is an active form designed for cardio health, thus improving respiratory fitness, joint health, and stress reduction while enhancing mood. The practice helps to lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels, bringing your body to a healthier weight. After the active workout, my 30 minute mantra meditation will promote a sense of calm and peace, helping to improve sleep quality, boost awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, balance the chakras, and improve concentration. The mindfulness practice will include repetition of a word or phrase to help settle the mind leaving you with a sense of deepened intuition and creativity. TERMS: All students must book online and full payment for the series is due upon booking to hold your spot. There will be no refunds. NOTE: 1. Classes will be 1 hr 30 min each. 2. Video conferencing is an option for those that would like to practice yoga from their home. If you choose to practice from home, Melody will send you a fresh new link for each class (do not use the link that Wix provides upon registration).
