The classes will follow a particular theme monthly and are offered in a series package. This is an all-level Hatha Yoga class with postures, breathing techniques and meditation designed for stress management and healing those with anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic fatigue and stress. Research has shown Yoga tools that stimulate the vagus nerve have a calming effect on the physical and emotional body by reducing stress and aiding in trauma recovery. TERMS: All students must book online and full payment for the series is due upon booking to hold your spot. There will be no refunds.
