Yoga Workshop for Chakra Balancing

This continuing one day yoga workshop is designed to discuss and teach yoga postures, breathing techniques and philosophy to help bring balance to each of the Chakra locations in the body. Chakras are energy centers within the body that affect us physically, mentally and emotionally.

Yoga Workshop Series IV for Ayurveda & Balancing the Doshas

Doshas are the three energies that define every person's makeup and stem from India's ancient healing science, Ayurveda.  The three Doshas are Vata, Pitta and Kapha.  This wellness workshop is designed to help you learn, know and balance your dosha, enabling you live a healthier, more balanced life.

Yoga Workshop for The Pelvic Floor

This workshop is designed to discuss and teach yoga postures specifically geared to strengthening, stretching and softening the pelvic floor. Melody will guide you in ways to correct your foundation and help keep the pelvic and abdominal organs healthy. Limited time only. Yoga Workshop for Self Myofascial Release

February 4 and 11, 2017 - 10:30am - 11:30am

This two day yoga workshop is designed to discuss and teach yoga postures specifically geared for students to learn the body's myofascial meridians and how to release them in order to ease tension and pain.  Melody will guide you to help free up your muscles in a way that allows them to begin function independently, contracting and releasing to their fullest potential.  Limited time only. Pre-registration is required (walk-ins not accepted).  Fee is $20 per session.  Please contact Melody for further details.
