Yoga Wellness Workshops

This is a mixed level class open to all, including beginners. Great for all students to build upon basics, learn to modify around an injury, or master a new pose.   An educationally enriched class that enables you to work on Chakra Balancing,  The 8 Limbs of Yoga, Ayurveda, anxiety/depression, PTSD, emotional and physical trauma, cancer care, and a variety of other topics.

Yoga Workshop for Chakra Balancing

This continuing one-day yoga workshop is designed to discuss and teach yoga postures, breathing techniques, and philosophy to help bring balance to each of the Chakra locations in the body. Chakras are energy centers within the body that affect us physically, mentally, and emotionally.

 

This is a gentle flowing class for all levels.

Yoga Workshop Series for Ayurveda & Balancing the Doshas

Doshas are the three energies that define every person's makeup and stem from India's ancient healing science, Ayurveda.  The three Doshas are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.  This wellness workshop is designed to help you learn, know, and balance your dosha, enabling you to live a healthier, more balanced life. 

 

This is the second series of the Ayurveda workshop. It is a gentle flowing class for all levels.

Yoga Workshop for Self Myofascial Release

A workshop designed to discuss and teach yoga postures specifically geared for students to learn the body's myofascial meridians and how to release them in order to ease tension and pain.  Melody will guide you to help free up your muscles in a way that allows them to begin function independently, contracting, and releasing to their fullest potential.
