Allows students practice while seated in a chair or standing at the back of the chair for assistance. You receive all benefits of a normal yoga class, all while utilizing a chair as a prop. Great for post-orthopedic surgeries.

Gentle Hatha Yoga
Taught Hatha yoga style. Props are utilized to enhance the class experience and allow students to create stability and more freedom in each pose. Yoga sequences are created to open and align the chakras.

Yoga for Joint Health
A gentle Hatha practice to help align the joints of the body. This will teach proper body mechanics for those that have joint diseases, reduce inflammation, strengthen muscles and help the body heal. Great for ailments associated with back pain, scoliosis, osteoporosis, arthritis, orthopedic surgeries, knee and shoulder surgeries, spinal issues, degenerative disc disease, etc.

Basic Vinyasa Yoga
All students can benefit using the alignment essentials of a basics class. Classes are taught in the traditional Vinyasa Flow style, allowing the student to explore poses and build a firm foundation. Good for Beginners and those maintaining their practice.

Vinyasa Master Class
A master class features yoga sequencing to reach complex peak poses. This specialty class provides an in-depth practice for those that have learned their basics. This class is not open to Beginners.

Women's Health Yoga
An all-level Hatha Yoga class uniquely designed for women. Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation are designed to help common conditions that women specifically deal with. Topics vary each class ranging from The Pelvic Floor; menopause, headaches, anxiety, menstruation, digestive and heart health, energy, depression / low mood, back issues, Osteoporosis, and more

Restorative yoga is excellent for stress relief and trauma related injuries. It allows students to relax and release the body into postures, which are supported by props, offering students stillness, calmness and a sense of well-being. Yoga breathing techniques are taught to reduce anxiety and depression/low mood. Open all levels, incl. beginners.

Yoga for Healing Stress & Anxiety
An all-level Hatha Yoga class with postures, breathing techniques and meditation designed for stress management and healing those with anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic fatigue and stress. Research has shown Yoga tools that stimulate the vagus nerve have a calming effect on the physical and emotional body by reducing stress and aiding in trauma recovery.

Online Yoga Sessions w/ Melody
In times when you cannot make it to our Studio, try our Yoga classes online from the comfort of your home. These sessions are offered as group classes or private lessons and taught and streamed live by Melody. Group classes are taught for Basic Vinyasa; Chair Yoga; Gentle Hatha; and Yoga for Anxiety & Stress. Private sessions are designed and tailored to your individual needs. Livestreaming is typically offered using Skype, Zoom or Facetime. Try it out!

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
Practicing prenatal and postnatal yoga plus conscious breathing can improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, increase strength, focus, endurance and flexibility, all needed for successful childbirth and recovery. *A doctor's note is required clearing the expecting mother for practice. High risk pregnancies are welcome with a doctor's note.

Yoga Wellness Workshops
This is a mixed level class open to all, including beginners. Great for all students to build upon basics, learn to modify around an injury or master a new pose. An educationally enriched class that enables you to work on Chakra Balancing, The 8 Limbs of Yoga, Aryuveda, anxiety/depression, PTSD, emotional and physical trauma, cancer care and a variety of other topics. *Pre-registration is required.
