Join Melody on Sunday mornings and practice Vinyasa yoga in a quiet outdoor tree-lined tranquil setting. For the month of September, we will be working on Self-Care. This outdoor practice will be focused on Vinyasa flow and discovering the 8 Limb Yoga path. Vinyasa is a creative form of yoga. Yoga postures are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa is in its variety. A class maybe dynamic and focus on strength or slower and focus on flexibility and mobility. The steady cycles of breath provide a calming focal point. The continuous flow of movement offer a cardiovascular benefit. Overall, Vinyasa is great for the body and mind. Please consider bringing sunscreen lotion and a towel. Preregistration is mandatory and space is limited; therefore, full payment is required for class upon registration. All sales are final. No exceptions.
