Service Description

Private yoga sessions are one hour lessons designed to focus on your individual or group needs. Private lessons can be taught one on one or in small groups. Packages are available. Sessions must be scheduled with Melody and can be done weekly or bi-weekly. Join us for a private session for : -Therapeutic Yoga -Seniors Yoga -Yoga for Trauma -Ayurveda -Chakra Balancing -Chakra Readings -Meditation -Breathing Techniques -Yoga for PTSD -Yoga for Anxiety -Yoga for Depression -Beginners Yoga -Advanced Yoga Practice -Weight Loss goals -Body Toning -Reduce Stress -Medical Conditions -Prenatal or Postnatal -Kids Yoga Private lessons can also be provided for Groups (parties, families, partners, team building exercises). Fill out the fields and request a time & date to have a private session with Melody. Sessions are subject to availability. Yoga and Melody offers package rates for six consecutive lessons at a break in cost. Private sessions are scheduled with the Client for a particular time/date. Yoga and Melody is committed to providing all our Clients with exceptional service and care. When a Client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another Client from being seen. Yoga and Melody allows up to one absence within the six-week package. Please email or call us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification is not given (after one absence), you will forfeit the class and will be charged the class fee for the missed appointment. NOTE: All participants are required to wear a mask and show proof of vaccination upon entry at this time.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No exceptions. To reschedule, we request that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of session.
